There are some great learnings for a Product Manager here --
- Always ask at least 3 "why"s more than when you found the answer to your original question. You want to understand and question the status quo.
- Sweating the small stuff is tiring and tiresome. It is easy to get caught in 80% is good enough rule when it relates to increasing your scope of management. It is never good enough :)
- Most big problems have simple solutions. Don't get captured in the "awesomeness" of a problem.
